Christian James Alayon

Christian James Alayon, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting industry. Christian James started their career in 2013 at Accenture as a General Accounting Ops Associate, where they gained knowledge in general accounting operations. In 2016, they joined Asianlife and General Insurance as a Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant, focusing on financial analysis and planning. During the same year, they also worked at Shell Shared Services (Asia) B. V. as a Financial Analyst, where they honed their skills in financial analysis. In 2018, they joined Etiqa Life & General Assurance Philippines, Inc. as a Finance Manager and later progressed to become a Senior Finance Manager and then an Assistant Vice President in Controllership. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Assistant Vice President for Controllership, and in 2024, they became the Vice President of Financial Reporting.
