Gladys G. Pascual

Gladys G. Pascual has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Business Unit Director at McCann Worldgroup. From there, they moved on to Philam Life in 2010, where they served as the Head of Customer Strategy, responsible for driving customer-centricity and creating strategies to increase customer base. In 2016, they joined the Asian Institute of Management as the Marketing and Communications Director, overseeing marketing strategies and activities. In 2018, they became a Business Unit Director at Tribal Worldwide before taking on their current role as the Head of Strategy and Transformation at Etiqa Life & General Assurance Philippines, Inc.

Gladys G. Pascual obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from St. Paul's University between 1983 and 1987.
