Joanne Heng

Joanne Heng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate planning and strategic management. Currently serving as Head of Corporate Planning at Etiqa Insurance Singapore since October 2021, Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles at AIA, where responsibilities included Project Manager in the Distribution Impact Office, Associate Director for Group Partnership Distribution, Head of Strategy and Transformation, and Head of Learning and Development. Joanne also held the position of Senior Manager for Strategic Planning and Regional Reporting at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad, demonstrating robust expertise in strategic initiatives over a career spanning more than two decades. Joanne is an ACCA-qualified professional with a degree in Accounting and Related Services from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, completed between 1997 and 2000.
