Russell Hayward

Russell Hayward is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the CEO of etiraRx since December 2020, Russell focuses on addressing therapy resistance in cancer treatment through innovative advancements. Previously, Russell founded and led Ascension Coffee Company from 2011 to 2020, transforming the specialty coffee landscape with multiple successful café locations and a respected roasting brand. Russell also established Triple R Group, creating unique restaurant concepts in Dallas, and played a crucial role in the growth of BOS DESIGN LIMITED, a branding agency for Fortune 100 companies. Prior endeavors include founding Linchpin Entertainment, leading account strategies at BBDO Worldwide, and establishing Hayward Advertising. Russell holds an Associate’s Degree in Sustainable Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and attended Harvard Kennedy School.
