Ihsanullah Zirak

Ihsanullah Zirak is a seasoned professional in procurement and contracts management, currently serving as the Director of Procurement & Contracts at Etisalat Afghanistan since August 2008. With a progressive career at the company, Ihsanullah has held various positions including Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Specialist in Procurement & Contracts, alongside roles as Procurement Coordinator and Head of Unit. Prior to this, Ihsanullah worked as a Budget Officer in the Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance from January to August 2008. Educationally, Ihsanullah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Economics Faculty of Kabul University, where studies focused on Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Institutional Economics, Development Economics, and Project Management. A High School Certificate was obtained from Ghazi Mohammad Jan Khan High School between 1992 and 2003.
