Gaber Mohamed

Gaber Mohamed has extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as the IT Billing and Rating Application Support Manager at Etisalat Egypt since August 2008. With a progressive career at Etisalat, Gaber has taken on leadership roles, including IT IN and Billing Back Office Team Leader, overseeing Revenue Management BackOffice teams and providing advisory support for IN and Billing systems. Previously, Gaber held various positions including IT Technical Support Analyst and IT Service Desk Senior Specialist, focusing on desktop infrastructure support and customer assistance in IT issues. Prior experience includes serving as an IT System Administrator at Best Cheese Company for Dairy Products, where responsibilities encompassed hands-on support for various IT services, including global outages and C-Level requests.
