Haytham Saied

Haytham Saied is an experienced professional in the telecommunications sector with a strong background in BSS and cloud implementation. Currently serving as Senior Manager BSS & Cloud Implementation at e& Egypt since May 2019, Haytham manages BSS infrastructure services and oversees a team of 15 subordinates, ensuring the effective operation of revenue management services and addressing future skill requirements. Prior to this role, Haytham spent over a decade at Etisalat Misr, where positions held included IN Implementation & Quality Manager and Charging System Implementation Senior Team Leader, focusing on the successful execution and quality assurance of revenue management integration platforms. Earlier experience also includes a role as Senior Software Architect at Softec Technologies. Haytham holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Brooklyn Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Helwan University, along with a diploma in Software Development from the Information Technology Institute.
