Haleem Deen possesses extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Mobile Core Operation at Etisalat since June 2008, overseeing operations and maintenance for Ericsson Native IMS, v-IMS, and e-SIM systems, along with network migration and upgrades. Previous roles include Chief Technician for Core Voice Maintenance at Etisalat, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance of PSTN exchanges and NGN systems, and a Telecom Technical Officer at Sri Lanka Telecom, where involvement in core and BSS troubleshooting was integral to project success. Additional experience includes technical positions at Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka and Sri Lanka Telecom, alongside foundational training at DMS Electronics. Academic credentials include an NDT in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering Technology from the University of Moratuwa and an Advanced Diploma from City & Guilds, complemented by an Advanced Certificate in IT from the University of Colombo.
