Shashank Garg

Shashank Garg has extensive experience in business analysis and product development, currently serving as Manager of Business Analysis & Product Development at Etisalat UAE since October 2015. In this role, Shashank aligns proposals across stakeholders, manages delivery plans, and enhances customer experience by transforming high-level business proposals into actionable requirements. Prior to Etisalat, Shashank held positions as Lead Business Analyst and E2E Solution Architect, managing requirements and business processes for IT projects with over 100 systems, and as Business/Product Analyst at Colt Technologies where responsibilities included liaising with stakeholders to capture requirements and defining product models. Earlier experience includes a software engineering role at Cybage, specializing in telecom and Java development. Shashank holds a GMP in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a DAC diploma in Advanced Computing from CDAC, and a B.E. in Computer Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
