Yousef al Ali

Yousef Al Ali is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business excellence, strategy management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as Strategy Manager for Business Excellence & Policy at e& UAE and Managing Partner at Concrete Studio, Yousef is also the founder of Yggdarsil and host of "The Story of Synergy" podcast. Previous roles include Deputy Teamleader of Excellence at the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority and Senior Quality Assurance Officer, where notable achievements involved leading cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Also, experience in auditing with Deloitte Middle East as an Experienced Associate and Associate Auditor, alongside internships in various organizations, has contributed to a robust foundation in business operations and strategic development. Yousef holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the United Arab Emirates University.
