Ashley Paige Redden has a diverse work experience in various roles in the retail industry. Ashley Paige began their career as a Sales Associate and Accessories Associate at Forever 21 in 2015. Ashley Paige then worked as a Visual Merchandiser at Forever 21, where they were responsible for organizing and displaying merchandise effectively.

In 2017, Ashley joined The Buckle, Inc. as a Visual Associate, where they coordinated new merchandise and managed the store's Instagram page. Ashley Paige then moved on to Belk in 2018, where they worked as a Visual Associate, ensuring that promotional displays were up-to-date.
