Denise Prickett, CSM

Denise Prickett, CSM, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they work at Etix as a Program Manager / Product Owner since March 2020. Previously, they worked at Red Hat as a Senior Project Manager, Enterprise Data & Analytics from June 2019 to February 2020.

Their most extensive experience was at Global Knowledge, where they served as a Senior Manager, Product Development Operations. Denise then transferred to Arizona State University in 1998 and studied English, however, no degree was listed for this period. Finally, from 2001 to 2004, Denise attended North Carolina State University and earned their BA degree in English. In addition to their education, Denise obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2015.
