Arzu Engin

Arzu Engin began their work experience as an intern at the Social Security Institution in 2017. Arzu then completed an internship at Keele University in 2018. In 2019, they joined Etiya as an Application Operations Specialist, where they gained experience in application operation support, ITSM tools, SQL, incident management, and problem solving. Arzu also had responsibilities in performance-tuning and configurations for applications, analyzing customer needs, and providing technical support. In 2021, they joined Advanco SA as a Technical Specialist and later became a Technical Manager. In these roles, they exhibited expertise in technical management and provided support in various technical areas. In 2022, Arzu returned to Etiya as a Senior Application Operations Specialist and eventually became a Team Lead in 2023, overseeing the application operations team.

Arzu Engin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Gazi University between 2012 and 2017. Later, in 2016 and 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistics at Yildiz Technical University. Additionally, they attended Klaipeda University in 2016 and 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Statistics.
