Batuhan Gürbüz

Batuhan Gürbüz started their work experience in 2021 as an E-commerce staff at Eğitim Dizayn. In this role, they worked from June 2021 to December 2021.

After that, Batuhan worked as a Software Support Specialist at FONET Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. starting from December 2021 until June 2023. In this position, they conducted analysis and diagnosis of errors in the hospital's information management system, implemented effective solutions, provided on-site training and technical support, and offered ongoing assistance to hospital staff.

More recently, Batuhan joined Etiya in July 2023 as a Senior Specialist, Application Operations - TTG Managed Services. In this role, they manage and oversees various services to maintain high availability and optimal performance. Batuhan analyzes and investigates service errors through XML data examination and implements efficient solutions using database resources for error resolution.

Batuhan Gürbüz attended Dokuz Eylul University from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming. Batuhan achieved a GPA of 3.03 out of 4 during their time at the university. In addition to their formal education, Batuhan also obtained several certifications. These include the Business Process Framework (eTOM) from TM Forum, which they obtained in July 2023, as well as certifications in Foundations of AI from BTK Akademi and Linux from Udemy, both obtained in January 2023. Furthermore, they also acquired a certification in Windows Operating System Security from BTK Akademi in January 2023.
