Gulnihal Kaya has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and companies. Gulnihal started their career at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise in 2004 as an Assistant Project Manager, where they coordinated relations between the largest outsourcing customer of HP Turkey and the HP Project Team. Gulnihal held this position until September 2005.

In 2006, Gulnihal joined Hewlett-Packard as a Technical Support Engineer, providing post-sales or service delivery support and solving various business systems and applications problems for accounts. Gulnihal also assisted customers in installing hardware systems, devices, peripherals, operating systems, and software applications. Gulnihal worked in this role until June 2007.

From July 2007 to September 2010, Gulnihal served as a Technical Consultant at Hewlett-Packard, providing technical consultancy to global enterprise-level customers in areas such as backup/restore and integrated storage/database environment. Gulnihal had intensive customer communication and relations, ensuring customer satisfaction within challenging SLA requirements.

In 2012, Gulnihal joined Etiya as an Operation Team Leader, responsible for leading a team and managing operations. In November 2012, they were promoted to Operation Manager, where they continued to oversee operations until June 2016.

Gulnihal then took on the role of Senior Operation Manager at Etiya from August 2016 to February 2017. Finally, they were appointed as Service Delivery Director in February 2017, a position they currently hold.

Gulnihal Kaya pursued their education in computer engineering at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Bachelor's degree.
