Onur Gümüş

Onur Gümüş has a diverse range of work experience. Onur is currently working as a Senior Product Owner at Etiya, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Local Product Lead at H&M, where they provided insights and specialized business area expertise to improve products for the specialized market. Onur also identified new product features based on business opportunities and coordinated the roll-out of products in markets.

From 2019 to 2021, Onur worked at NETAŞ as an R&D Project Specialist and Software Design Engineer. In this role, they managed the product management of cyber-physical security-enabled Blockchain-based financial applications and also led project management for the Horizon 2020 Digital Security project called Critical-Chains. Additionally, they were responsible for product and business development for the exploitable project results.

Onur's earlier experience includes an engineering internship at Huawei Technologies in 2018 and Aybey Elektronik in 2016. In 2015, they served as a Project Team Leader at AIESEC.

Onur Gümüş holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Bahcesehir University, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Università di Pisa, from 2017 to 2018. Before joining Università di Pisa, Onur Gümüş obtained their first Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Kocaeli University, where they studied from 2014 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Onur Gümüş obtained the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in March 2021.
