Osman Demir has work experience in various roles throughout their career. Osman started their career at Atos in 2011 as a Call Agent, where they were responsible for handling customer calls and performing backoffice operations. In 2013, they became a Software Engineer at Atos and worked on projects related to Billing & Charging, Invoicing, Dunning, and Payment Collection for Vodafone. Osman then joined Vodafone in 2015 as a Software Testing and Configuration specialist, where they deployed Tibco and OSM source codes and conducted regression testing. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Operations Specialist at Vodafone, where they provided real-time solutions to customer problems in the Siebel, Tibco, and OSM areas. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst at Turkcell, analyzing business processes, creating workflows, and coordinating with IT solution partners. Currently, they are working at Etiya as a Principal Specialist in Software Quality Assurance.

Osman Demir attended Düzce Üniversitesi from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Bilgisayar Teknolojisi/Bilgisayar Sistemleri Teknolojisi (Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology). Osman did not obtain a specific degree during this time. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Yazılım Test Uzmanlığı ISTQB CTFL from Bilge Adam.
