Joanna Gower

Joanna Gower serves as the Director of HR, People & Culture at ETL Systems, leading the people strategy and being part of the executive leadership team since December 2022. Previously, Joanna held various senior HR roles at Genus PLC from August 2016 to December 2022, including Senior Global HR Business Partner, where strategic collaboration occurred with key executives across multiple regions. Additional experience includes roles at Assurant Solutions, Europe, where Joanna was a Human Resources Business Partner and Learning & Development Manager, as well as positions at Carphone Warehouse, Citation Plc, Expotel, and Vertex Business Services in training and HR functions.
