Kevin Baldwin is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as IT Manager at ETL Systems since June 2015, Kevin has held various roles including IT System Administrator and IT Support Technician while providing system support for a multi-national company. Prior to this position, Kevin worked as an IT Helpdesk Analyst, 2nd line support, Helpdesk Manager, and Data Center Manager for a civil service organization from June 2005 to June 2015. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and associated Business Management from the University of Worcester, completed in 2005.
