Pavel Arifullin has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. In 2001, they began their career as Head of Sales at Icon Group. In 2002, they moved to LANIT as Deputy Head of Sales Department, where they were responsible for selling and implementation of Microsoft Navision and Axapta, Hyperion solutions for trading, construction and banking institutions. In 2005, they became Key Account Manager at BORLAS. Pavel then moved to SAP in 2006, where they held the roles of Oil and Gas Account Executive (Large Enterprises sector) and Territory Sales Executive. In 2011, they joined ASAP Consulting as Business Development Director. In 2012, they joined Technoserv Consulting as Head of Sales Department in oil and gas and energy industries and Business Development Director. In 2018, they held two roles - Managing Partner at Loyalty Labs and Commercial Director at Protehstandart LLC. In 2019, they were appointed Director General at Protehstandart. Currently, they are Chief Executive Officer at ETNA Trader.

Pavel Arifullin obtained their Bachelor of Economics from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) in 2002. Pavel then went on to pursue a Master of Management at the State University - Higher School of Economics, which they completed in 2004. Finally, they obtained their Ph.D. in Economics from the same university in 2007.
