Fernando Pellon Diego is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in process engineering and production management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at ETO GRUPPE since June 2017, Fernando oversees the Production Workshop, Material Warehouse, Deliveries, and Maintenance, managing a team of 120+ people with 7 direct reports. Previously, Fernando held positions as Process Engineering Manager at Sensata Technologies and Kavlico Corporation, leading teams and handling process definition, machinery design, and automated production line acquisition. With earlier roles at Equipos Nucleares S.A. and Maflow, Fernando developed expertise in project management and engineering processes. Fernando earned a degree in Ingeniero Tecnico Industrial, Maquinas Electricas from Universidad de Cantabria in 1998.
