Paul McNamara is currently the Head of Interim Human Resources Practice and Board Practice at Eton Bridge Partners Ltd, where Paul leads specialist practices covering corporate leadership. Previously, Paul held the position of Director - Executive Search at Page Executive for almost a decade, where Paul approached senior recruitment differently. With a background in Training & Development management at Select Service Partner, Paul has also managed HR teams and recruitment in the southern home counties. Paul holds a degree in Ancient History from the University of Nottingham.
