Cathy McKenna

Cathy McKenna currently serves as the Head of Career Education at Eton College since May 2016, having previously held the position of Deputy Director of Career Education at the same institution. Prior to Eton College, Cathy worked at Dell as a Learning & Development Manager and gained significant experience at PwC UK as a Management Consultant. Early career roles included Sales Marketing Manager at L'Oréal and Sales and Marketing Specialist at Procter & Gamble. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ulster University, a PG Diploma in Career Development from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a Master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from Birkbeck, University of London.
