Jonathan Way

Jonathan Way has over two decades of experience in software development and management. Currently serving as the Data and Software Development Manager at Eton College since September 2012, Jonathan previously held roles including eBusiness Manager at Randstad, where enhancements to the intranet and the development of a new website were significant contributions. Prior positions include eBusiness Manager and Web Developer at Select Appointments, where Jonathan developed various critical systems and transformed company-wide digital tools. Early career experience includes Web Developer roles at Rainbow Network and Systems Support Engineer at Perkin Elmer, focusing on customer service and technical support. Jonathan's foundational education was completed at Dr Challoner's Grammar School.
