Fraser Brown is an independent board member and advisor, currently serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director for Arolla Finance Limited and Tabadulat, as well as the Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer for Finstreet. They have extensive experience in regulatory roles, having held executive director positions at Abu Dhabi Global Market and serving as a Compliance Officer at various organizations. Fraser's earlier career includes work as a Taxation Assistant at Firth Floyd Chartered Accountants and a Consultant. They hold an LLB (Hons) in Business Law from The Polytechnic, Huddersfield, and are a Certified Chair™️.
