Moran Lapid

Moran Lapid is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing automation and customer experience. Currently serving as the Marketing Automation Leader at eToro since July 2020, Moran has previously held various roles at ISSTA from January 2012 to 2020, including Customer Experience and Marketing Automation Manager, Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager, and Digital Assets & Content Manager. Responsibilities included establishing marketing automation frameworks, managing customer journeys, overseeing marketing campaigns, and developing digital content strategies. Prior experience also includes a role as a leading producer in the HOT VOD Young department, where Moran managed promotional efforts for children's content. Moran holds a Bachelor's degree in communications and management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
