Yoni Stephan

Yoni Stephan is a results-oriented executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology, currently serving as VP, Global CISO & Information Technology at eToro since September 2020, where responsibility includes driving digital transformation and robust security frameworks for a high-growth FinTech company. In addition to the role at eToro, Yoni is a co-founder of LightCore, specializing in blockchain and Web3 cybersecurity, and an executive community member at Team8's CISO Village, facilitating collaboration among cybersecurity leaders. Prior to eToro, Yoni held various leadership positions at Comda and ComSignTrust, focusing on R&D, IT security, and compliance with regulatory standards. Yoni is also an alumnus of the IDF's elite intelligence unit, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
