Kim Peters

Kim Peters is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the HR Business Partner for retail operations at Etos since January 2023, Kim has previously held several HR Business Partner roles at Albert Heijn from February 2017 to January 2023, including district Noord Holland. Prior experience includes HR Business Partner at Gall & Gall from March 2007 to 2017 and Personnel Advisor at Sprit from September 2005 to February 2007. Kim began a career in human resources as an HR Officer at Allen & Overy from December 2000 to May 2005. Educational qualifications include a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and VWO from OLV, along with certification as a coach from UNLP.
