Marta Kraszewska has extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as a Fashion Buyer at ETOS S.A. since May 2007. Throughout various roles including Young Fashion Buyer and Senior Merchandiser for Misha, Marta has focused on sales analysis, price policy strategies, and assortment planning, while managing collections across multiple channels such as retail and e-commerce. Prior to this, Marta held positions as a Merchandiser and Merchandiser's Assistant with responsibilities ranging from stock management to negotiating with external brands. Marta's early career included a role as Coordinator at Instytut Informacji Publicznej NGO, where Marta facilitated journalism training for youth and multicultural programs. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Polish Language and Literature from the University of Gdansk and a postgraduate qualification in Marketing & PR from Wyższa Szkoła Administracji i Biznesu in Gdynia.
