Karen Straus possesses extensive experience in both real estate and audio production. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at 8z Real Estate since July 2023, Karen also holds the position of Production Manager at Fox Theatre and Boulder Theater since February 2012. Additionally, Karen has worked as a Front of House Sound Engineer at eTown since July 2004 and as a Sound Engineer at Fox Theatre since September 2000. Previous roles include Production Manager at All Phases Event Group from May 2009 to January 2012, and Sound Engineer and System Tech at Dowlen Sound, Inc. from 2001 to 2009. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish from the University of Colorado Boulder and a certificate in Audio Engineering and Production from the Institute of Audio Research.
