Melanie W. serves as the Director of Enablement (Talent Development) at ETQ since 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing strategy and vision for leadership development, new hire onboarding, and ongoing talent development for go-to-market teams, successfully fostering a culture of learning and coaching within the organization. At Bentley University's Center for Women and Business, Melanie has contributed as a facilitator from 2020 to 2024. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Revenue Enablement at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where team capabilities were scaled to support over 1,200 employees, and roles at MathWorks focused on global sales support training. Additionally, Melanie's background encompasses leadership development and instructional design roles across various organizations, as well as notable contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion programming at City Year.
