Dr. Michael T. Everett Ed.D., MHS has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2006, they served as the Assistant Director of Y-HEP at Philadelphia FIGHT. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as the Director of Training & Capacity Building Support at the Harm Reduction Coalition. In 2013, Dr. Everett founded Intimacy & Colour LLC, where they held the role of CEO. The company focuses on community building, promoting love, and providing technical assistance and educational consulting. Currently, they are the Chief People & Culture Officer at ETR, a role they took on in October 2021. Dr. Michael T.
