Kara Laffey

Kara Laffey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, project management, and operational support within the entertainment and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Product Data Specialist at etrailer since August 2022, Laffey previously held the position of Director of Training at Intercard Inc., where contributions included designing training programs, collaborating with departments to create effective learning solutions, and overseeing customer training sessions. At Margaritaville Resort & Family Entertainment Center Biloxi, Laffey configured and maintained various POS systems and provided ongoing training and support for new hires.
