Ben Barnard

Ben Barnard has over 15 years of professional experience in the field of art. In 2004, they began their career as an Artist with Atmatek LLC and BTU Games. In 2005, they joined Albany Media Group as an Artist and Mildred Elley College as the Department Chair of Game Design and 3D Animation. In 2011, they became the Lead Artist and Game Designer at Jakt Gaming. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Art Director at Cyber Griffin, Inc., where they were responsible for the development of all 2D and 3D assets for game-based cybersecurity training software. In 2014, they joined mySmartSimulations, Inc. as a 3D Generalist. In addition, they have been a Freelance Modeler and Concept Artist since 2012. In 2018, they were appointed as the Director of Art at eTrain etc.

Ben Barnard attended the Academy of Art University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an MFA in Animation and Visual Effects with a Concentration in Modeling. Prior to that, they attended SUNY Oneonta from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a BA in Computer Art with a concentration in 3D Art.
