Position Summary -

High quality in travel order is crucial to reach high standards in the financials. The travel order reflects the money flows in the OTA. The objective of the team is to ensure that all events to the travel order are recorded in a timely manner and in line with all relevant accounting principles.

Job Responsibility -

• Receive and review travel orders from internal teams. Verify the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
• Follow the set processes of the Travel order accounting to ensure better control and high quality in our financials
• Follow best practices and bring forth ideas on how to simplify, improve and/or automate the different processes
• Reach set targets and performance KPIs
• Cooperate with other teams to conclude on outstanding issues
• Work in close cooperation with Finance and Customer Services to ensure that processes and flows between the departments are followed and executed in time
