Nuria Casellas

Nuria Casellas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the fields of project development, acquisitions, and contractual agreements. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Etrion since April 2010, Nuria Casellas focuses on projects related to EPC and O&M contracts. Previously, as European Corporate Counsel at SunPower Corporation from September 2007 to March 2010, Nuria Casellas handled corporate matters, project development agreements, and various commercial contracts. Nuria Casellas began their legal career as a Senior Lawyer at Uría Menéndez from September 2001 to August 2007, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and joint ventures. Educational qualifications include a Master in International Business Law from Esade and various executive programs on negotiation and management.
