Pierre-Yves Gagne has over 25 years of experience in software development. Pierre-Yves began their career in 1995 as a Software Developer at Bloomberg. In 1999, they moved to MarketXT as a Manager of Software Development and FIX Connectivity. In 2002, Gagne founded and became President of Veloc-IT. Pierre-Yves held this position until 2009 when they became COO and founding partner of etrmServices.com.

Pierre-Yves Gagne received their Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics & Mathematics from McGill University in 1991, and their Master of Science in Computer Science from McGill University in 1995.
