Prior to this role, Marcelo held IT managerial positions at Cultura Inglesa S/A and Sesc RJ, overseeing comprehensive IT and telecommunications facilities, managing large teams, and implementing strategic processes and service level agreements. Marcelo's career began at Repsol YPF Brasil, managing user support and IT governance, and implementing global standards. Marcelo holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
