Sina Khamenehi is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction, having held project management roles at ETRO Construction, Axiom Builders, and Chandos Construction since 2020, as well as experience as an assistant project manager at Urban One Builders. Responsibilities have included managing and coordinating projects across residential, institutional, and commercial sectors, negotiating trade contracts, and preparing tender packages. Previous positions include project coordinator roles at Jakin Engineering & Construction Ltd. and BTY Group, where contributions involved updating design drawings and conducting statistical analysis for construction price forecasting. Sina Khamenehi holds a Master of Engineering in Project and Construction Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering, both from The University of British Columbia.
