Matt Stiegemeyer

Matt Stiegemeyer is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in recruitment, admissions, and stakeholder relations. Currently serving as Senior Director at ETS Educational Testing Service Canada, Inc., Matt oversees stakeholder relations within Canadian higher education and enhances academic student mobility. Prior to this role, Matt was Deputy Registrar at Western University, where significant achievements included increasing international student market share and enhancing recruitment practices focused on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Matt has held leadership positions at Concordia University, directing strategic recruitment planning, and previously managed student marketing and communications at the University of Victoria. An educational background includes a Doctorate of Education in Higher and Adult Education and a Master of Arts in Communication from The University of Memphis.
