Courtney Graham

Courtney Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and client services. Currently serving as the NW Regional Sales Manager at ETS Express, Inc. since July 2017, Courtney previously held various leadership roles at BDA, Inc. since January 2001, including Director of Client Services, Director of Program Sales, and National Program Manager. Notable achievements include being named Sales Leader of the Year in 2015 and Program Manager of the Year in 2007, along with substantial contributions to sales growth across multiple accounts. Earlier in the career at Nordstrom, Courtney excelled as a Production Planner and Department Sales Manager, where strong relationship-building and leadership skills were key to achieving sales targets. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Apparel Merchandising and Textiles from Washington State University.
