Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane has over fifteen years of experience in the administrative field. Michelle began their career as a Senior Underwriting Assistant at TheZenith, where they were responsible for the administration of renewal and new business workers' compensation policies. Michelle then transitioned to Cowen and Company as an Administrative Assistant, supporting bankers within the Consumer Investment group. In this role, they coordinated travel and handled heavy domestic travel and expense reimbursement.

In 2007, Michelle began working at BlackRock as a Talent Management Analyst. In this role, they managed the West Coast employee development curriculum, including BlackRock foundational multi-day nomination based programs and externally facilitated one-day programs with self registration. Michelle remained in this role for ten years before transitioning to their current role as Executive Assistant at ETS Laboratories.

Michelle Lane has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Notre Dame de Namur University.

They are on a team with Benoit Largeteau - Technical Operations Coordinator, Efrain Avina - Shift Supervisor, Analyst, and Beronica Salomon - Lab Support Coordinator. Michelle Lane reports to Marjorie Burns, Co-Founder.
