Kylah King

Kylah King is an experienced professional in channel management and strategic advisory roles, currently serving as a Strategic Advisor/Channel Manager at Global Telecom Solutions since October 2020, where a 95% customer retention rate highlights a focus on personalized customer experiences. Prior to this, Kylah had a 14-year tenure at PGi, progressing through several key positions including Partner Executive/Channel Manager, Partner Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and Account Development Manager. During this time, Kylah developed strategic channel business initiatives, led partner recruitment and education efforts, and successfully managed large-scale project implementations. Kylah holds a BS in Business Management from Montclair State University, complementing earlier education at Monmouth University.
