Romika Patel (ISTQB)

Romika Patel is an experienced Software and Quality Assurance Tester at ETS plc since July 2015, having progressed from Junior Software Tester after demonstrating independent ownership of testing activities, including test case creation and defect management. In addition to testing responsibilities, Romika has effectively led work scheduling for the Development and Testing Team, providing management with timely updates on progress. Previous roles include IT Data Administrator at Age UK, where attention to detail and data management were critical, and Sales Manager at Gayatri Traders, gaining essential sales experience and team management skills. Before joining ETS plc, Romika worked at SteepRock Inc as a Quality Assurance/Software Testing Consultant, contributing to comprehensive testing procedures across software applications. Romika holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application from Dharmsinh Desai University, India.
