Leonard Rosenthol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of PDF standardization and digital content authenticity. Currently serving as the Chair of the Technical Working Group at the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity since January 2020, Leonard has been with Adobe Systems, Inc. since October 2006 as PDF Architect and Principal Scientist, focusing on PDF standard definition and implementation. In addition to roles at Adobe, Leonard's contributions to international standards are significant, including positions as Convener and Project Leader for various ISO standards such as XMP, PDF/X, PDF/A, and PDF/E. Leonard is also an active member of W3C and ETSI, representing Adobe in discussions related to electronic signatures and identity. Previous roles include Chief Innovation Officer at Apago, Inc., Owner of PDF Sages, LLC, and Director of Engineering at Appligent. Leonard's educational background includes studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and Upper Dublin High School.
