Corey Gilmore

Corey Gilmore is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Etsy, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on the core infrastructure of the Search platform. Prior to Etsy, Corey held the position of Site Reliability Engineering Manager at LinkedIn, overseeing a team responsible for maintaining the internal distributed graph database service with a remarkable uptime. Corey also served as Senior Director of Engineering and Head of Technology & Product at Penske Media Corporation, contributing to the development of the Alpha Data SaaS music analytics platform and managing various engineering teams. Corey has a strong background in software engineering, cloud migration, and mentoring, having also co-founded multiple tech startups and worked extensively with the US Senate on IT infrastructure. Corey holds a BS in Computer Science & Information Systems from the University of Vermont.
