Daniel Rodriguez, MPA, CPTD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning strategy and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Strategy and Experiences at Etsy since January 2022, Daniel co-leads the Learning team and collaborates with senior leaders to enhance team performance through tailored learning experiences. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Corporate Learning Programs at Etsy, Client Learning Instructional Design Supervisor at Paycom, and Director of People Development at both Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt and Humble Donut Co. Daniel possesses a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and has a solid background in creating and implementing training programs, instructional design, and leadership development.
