Gabrielle Gianelli

Gabrielle Gianelli is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in data infrastructure and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Etsy since April 2018, Gabrielle oversees a department of approximately 50 engineers dedicated to data infrastructure and products. Prior to this role, Gabrielle held various positions at Spotify, including Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Product Manager, focusing on real-time data infrastructure and machine learning services. Gabrielle's tenure at Etsy also includes experience as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, where impressive contributions were made to ecommerce analytics and A/B testing tools. Gabrielle's career began at MicroStrategy as an Associate Program Manager and includes early experience as an Undergraduate Researcher at Princeton University, where a secure web application was developed for auditing election results. Gabrielle holds a BA with Honors in Philosophy and a minor in Computer Science from Princeton University.
