Juan Felipe Cardona

Juan Felipe Cardona is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in driving user engagement and building innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Growth at Etsy since November 2020, Cardona has led initiatives that increased app usage and developed new machine learning models for personalized recommendations. Prior experience includes a tenure at iHeartRadio as a Product Manager, where Cardona oversaw significant app redesigns, the launch of social features, and compliance updates, alongside optimizing user flows and developing modular UI components. As Founder & CEO of VamosA, an international education organization, and as Assistant Director & Product Manager at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, Cardona demonstrated strong leadership in developing educational programs and managing comprehensive strategy implementations. Cardona earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service with honors from Georgetown University and studied European Politics at Sciences Po Strasbourg.
