Justinian Fortenberry

Justinian Fortenberry currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at Etsy since September 2022, and also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Etsy Payments Ireland Limited since October 2023. Fortenberry is a member of the CISO Advisory Board at Google and acts as a Board Advisor for Piiano, a company specializing in data security and privacy technology. Additionally, Fortenberry provides advisory support to YL Ventures, Cycode, Zip Co, PerimeterX, and Valimail. Prior to these roles, Fortenberry served as the Global Chief Information Security Officer at Zip Co and held multiple positions, including Chief Information Security Officer and VP of Technology Operations at GrubHub. Fortenberry's educational background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Denver and an Associate of Applied Technology in Computer Technology from the Community College of Aurora.
